Terms of Service

Meaning of disconnection: Throughout these Terms, disconnecting through Elus means immediately disabling local use of the connection and removing or rendering unusable the credentials held by Elus. Provider-originated identifiers, previously synchronized records, and durable disconnection receipts follow the applicable retention and deletion lifecycle and may not disappear synchronously. Remote provider-grant revocation is attempted where supported, on a best-effort basis, and may not be immediately verifiable; use the provider's settings to confirm revocation there. For Elus Food, queued publications that have not reached the provider are blocked. Content already accepted or published by a social network may require action in that network.

Elus is an AI-powered content marketing platform that offers:

• AI content generation: Creation of ideas, articles, posts, creatives, and ad copy using generative AI models.
• SEO management: Keyword research, competitor analysis, content optimization, and position monitoring.
• Google Ads integration: OAuth 2.0 connection, automatic campaign sync, AI-powered performance analysis, anomaly detection, and optimization recommendations.
• Social media publishing: Direct publishing to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn Company Pages, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter/X, Threads, and Reddit via official APIs, with support for manual confirmation, user-approved schedules and, on eligible channels, active and revocable restaurant Autopilot policies. TikTok and flows requiring additional platform choices remain manual.
• Editorial calendar: Content publication planning and organization with configurable cadences.
• Multi-tenant management: Management of multiple brands with role-based permission control.
• AI copilot: Intelligent assistant for analysis, suggestions, and optimizations.

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your access credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

Multi-tenant: Each organization (tenant) has its own isolated data. Users can belong to multiple organizations with different permission levels (owner, admin, manager, creator, viewer).

Responsibility: You are responsible for all actions performed by users you invite to your organization.

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not generate or distribute spam, malicious, or deceptive content.
• Not violate the policies of Google Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter/X, Threads, Reddit, or any other third-party platform when using our integrations.
• Not attempt to access other tenants' or accounts' data.
• Not use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the platform's source code.
• Not intentionally overload our systems with excessive requests.
• Not use AI-generated content for misinformation or manipulation.

When you connect your Google Ads account to Elus:

• Authorization: You authorize Elus to access your Google Ads account data via OAuth 2.0, including campaign data, ad groups, and performance metrics.
• Sync: Your campaign data is automatically synced every 4 hours, with a full daily sync.
• AI analysis: We use artificial intelligence to analyze your data and generate recommendations. These recommendations are suggestions and not guarantees of results.
• No automatic modifications: Elus does not automatically modify your campaigns, budgets, or bids. Any changes require your explicit action.
• Disconnection and revocation: You can disconnect at any time. In Elus, this immediately disables local use, removes or renders the credential held by Elus unusable, and blocks further synchronization. Remote revocation at Google is attempted where supported on a best-effort basis; use your Google account security settings to confirm revocation there. Previously synchronized records and durable disconnection receipts follow the applicable retention and deletion lifecycle.
• Compliance: Our use of the Google Ads API complies with the Google Ads API Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy.

When you connect your LinkedIn account to Elus:

• Authorization: You authorize Elus to access your LinkedIn member profile and the LinkedIn Company Pages you administer via OAuth 2.0. You must be an administrator of a Company Page to publish on its behalf.
• Publishing: Elus publishes posts (text, images, multi-image, and articles) to your LinkedIn Company Page or personal profile after manual confirmation, under a schedule approved by an authorized user or, where eligible, under an active and revocable restaurant Autopilot policy.
• Data access: We access only the data necessary to provide the publishing service: your member identifier, organization administrator roles, and organization details (name, logo, vanity name). We do not access your LinkedIn feed, connections, messages, or any data beyond what is required.
• No secondary use: LinkedIn data obtained through our integration is used exclusively to provide the content publishing features within Elus. We do not use this data for advertising, lead generation, recruiting, sales intelligence, or any purpose unrelated to the services we provide to you.
• Disconnection and revocation: You can disconnect at any time. In Elus, this immediately deletes the local Integration record, so the connection can no longer be used for new publishing. Elus does not currently attempt remote revocation for LinkedIn; use LinkedIn settings (Settings & Privacy > Data privacy > Permitted services) to revoke Elus access and confirm the result. LinkedIn-originated records and limited records or receipts retained for legal, security, audit, or request-fulfillment purposes follow the applicable retention and deletion lifecycle.
• Compliance: Our use of the LinkedIn API complies with the LinkedIn API Terms of Use and the LinkedIn Marketing API Terms. LinkedIn may revoke our API access or your integration at any time for technical or policy reasons.

When you connect your TikTok account to Elus (registered as "Elus - Marketing OS" on TikTok):

• Authorization: You authorize Elus to access your TikTok account via OAuth 2.0 with PKCE (Proof Key for Code Exchange) to publish video content on your behalf.
• Content Posting: Elus publishes videos to your TikTok account only after manual confirmation and any choices required by TikTok, using the TikTok Content Posting API. TikTok is excluded from scheduled or Autopilot publication.
• Content guidelines: Content posted to TikTok through Elus is subject to TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with TikTok's policies. Elus does not add watermarks, logos, or promotional branding to content posted to TikTok.
• Visibility: Until our application passes TikTok's audit process, videos posted through Elus may be restricted to private visibility on TikTok. We will notify you of the current posting mode (public or private) before publishing.
• Data access: We access only the data necessary to provide the publishing service: your TikTok user identifier, display name, and avatar. We do not access your TikTok feed, messages, followers list, or any data beyond what is required for content posting.
• Disconnection and revocation: You can disconnect at any time. In Elus, this immediately disables the active local connection, scrubs the active credential fields from the Integration record, and blocks new publishing. A limited encrypted credential checkpoint may remain temporarily solely for bounded remote-revocation attempts. It is never restored to active credential fields and is purged under the applicable queue retention lifecycle; no exact deletion time is promised. Remote revocation at TikTok is attempted where supported on a best-effort basis; use TikTok's settings (Settings and Privacy > Security > Manage app permissions) to confirm revocation there. TikTok-originated records and durable disconnection receipts follow the applicable retention and deletion lifecycle.
• Compliance: Our use of the TikTok API complies with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service, Developer Guidelines, and Content Sharing Guidelines.

When you connect your Pinterest account to Elus:

• Authorization: You authorize Elus to access your Pinterest account via OAuth 2.0 to publish pins and access analytics on your behalf.
• Publishing: Elus creates pins on your Pinterest boards after manual confirmation, under a schedule approved by an authorized user or, where eligible, under an active and revocable restaurant Autopilot policy. We support publishing image pins with titles, descriptions, links, and alt text. We also offer blog-to-pin functionality that creates pins from your published blog articles.
• Analytics: We access pin and account analytics to display performance metrics (impressions, saves, clicks) within the Elus dashboard.
• Board access: We access your Pinterest boards list to allow you to select a default board for publishing.
• Disconnection and revocation: You can disconnect at any time. In Elus, this immediately deletes the local Integration record, so the connection can no longer be used for new publishing. Elus does not currently attempt remote revocation for Pinterest; use Pinterest settings (Settings > Apps) to revoke Elus access and confirm the result. Pinterest-originated records and limited records or receipts retained for legal, security, audit, or request-fulfillment purposes follow the applicable retention and deletion lifecycle.
• Compliance: Our use of the Pinterest API complies with the Pinterest Developer Terms and API Terms of Service.

When you connect your Twitter/X account to Elus:

• Authorization: You authorize Elus to access your Twitter/X account via OAuth 2.0 with PKCE to publish tweets and access account information on your behalf.
• Publishing: Elus publishes tweets (text, with optional images) to your Twitter/X account after manual confirmation, under a schedule approved by an authorized user or, where eligible, under an active and revocable restaurant Autopilot policy.
• Monitoring: If you add Twitter/X channels to your content monitoring, we access publicly available tweet data for analysis and competitor research.
• Disconnection and revocation: You can disconnect at any time. In Elus, this immediately disables the active local connection, scrubs the active credential fields from the Integration record, and blocks new publishing. A limited encrypted credential checkpoint may remain temporarily solely for bounded remote-revocation attempts. It is never restored to active credential fields and is purged under the applicable queue retention lifecycle; no exact deletion time is promised. Remote revocation at Twitter/X is attempted where supported on a best-effort basis; use Twitter/X settings (Settings > Security and account access > Apps and sessions) to confirm revocation there. Twitter/X-originated records and durable disconnection receipts follow the applicable retention and deletion lifecycle.
• Compliance: Our use of the Twitter/X API complies with the Twitter Developer Agreement and Policy, and the Twitter/X Terms of Service.

When you connect your Threads account to Elus:

• Authorization: You authorize Elus to access your Threads account via the Threads API (Meta Platform) to publish posts, read metrics, and manage replies on your behalf.
• Publishing: Elus publishes posts (text, with optional images) to your Threads account after manual confirmation, under a schedule approved by an authorized user or, where eligible, under an active and revocable restaurant Autopilot policy.
• Metrics: We access Threads post and account metrics (views, likes, replies, reposts, quotes) to display performance analytics within the Elus dashboard.
• Reply management: You can view and respond to replies on your Threads posts through the Elus platform.
• Disconnection and revocation: You can disconnect at any time. In Elus, this immediately disables the active local connection, scrubs the active credential fields from the Integration record, and blocks new publishing. A limited encrypted credential checkpoint may remain temporarily solely for bounded remote-revocation attempts. It is never restored to active credential fields and is purged under the applicable queue retention lifecycle; no exact deletion time is promised. Remote revocation at Meta is attempted where supported on a best-effort basis; use Instagram settings (Settings > Apps and websites) to confirm revocation there. Threads-originated records and durable disconnection receipts follow the applicable retention and deletion lifecycle.
• Compliance: Our use of the Threads API complies with the Meta Platform Policy, Threads API Terms, and Threads Usage Policies.

When you connect your Reddit account to Elus:

• Authorization: You authorize Elus to access your Reddit account via OAuth 2.0 to publish posts to subreddits on your behalf.
• Publishing: Elus submits posts to Reddit subreddits after manual confirmation, under a schedule approved by an authorized user or, where eligible, under an active and revocable restaurant Autopilot policy. We support text posts and link posts. You are responsible for complying with each subreddit's rules and Reddit's Content Policy.
• Anti-spam protection: In compliance with the Reddit Responsible Builder Policy, Elus enforces the following protections: maximum 3 posts per week per subreddit, minimum 24-hour interval between posts to the same subreddit, and automatic blocking of identical or substantially similar content across different subreddits. Attempts to post duplicate content to multiple subreddits will be rejected.
• Rate limits: Reddit enforces rate limits on posting. Elus respects these limits and will inform you if a post cannot be submitted due to rate limiting.
• Prohibited uses: You may not use the Reddit integration to manipulate votes, karma, or other Reddit features. You may not use the integration to post spam, misleading content, or content that violates Reddit's Content Policy.
• Disconnection and revocation: You can disconnect at any time. In Elus, this immediately deletes the local Integration record, so the connection can no longer be used for new publishing. Elus does not currently attempt remote revocation for Reddit; use Reddit settings (Settings > Safety & Privacy > Apps) to revoke Elus access and confirm the result. Reddit-originated records and limited records or receipts retained for legal, security, audit, or request-fulfillment purposes follow the applicable retention and deletion lifecycle.
• Compliance: Our use of the Reddit API complies with the Reddit API Terms of Use, Reddit Developer Terms, and the Reddit Responsible Builder Policy.

Your content: You retain the rights you already hold in content that you create or import. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, adapt, and display that content only as needed to provide the Service and carry out your publishing instructions.

AI-generated content: As between you and Elus, and only to the extent permitted by applicable law and the terms of the relevant AI provider, you receive any rights in an AI output that Elus is able to assign. AI output may not qualify for copyright protection, may not be unique, and may contain elements subject to third-party rights. You are responsible for human review and for verifying accuracy, originality, permissions, trademarks, and other rights before use or publication.

Our platform: Elus, including its source code, design, features, trademarks, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Conectalab and is protected by intellectual property laws. No rights to the platform are transferred to you beyond the right to use it in accordance with these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations, including Google Ads recommendations.
• We are not responsible for financial losses resulting from changes to Google Ads campaigns, even when based on Elus recommendations.
• Our total liability, in any circumstance, is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

We strive to keep the Service available, but do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability.

• Maintenance: We may perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance that may affect availability.
• Free tier: There is no service level agreement (SLA) for free accounts.
• Integrations: The availability of third-party integrations (such as Google Ads) depends on the availability of their respective services.
• Force majeure: We are not responsible for unavailability caused by events beyond our control.

Meaning of "your data" below: Account termination processes personal account data and product memberships for deletion within up to 30 days. Shared-workspace content and integrations remain; terminating a personal account does not disconnect or delete them. An authorized owner must explicitly disconnect an integration or request deletion of the shared workspace. Limited records and backups may be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, or compliance-proof obligations, and content already published to third-party networks remains subject to those networks.

We may suspend or terminate your account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Misuse of the Service.
• Deletion request by the user.
• Prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months without access).

Effects of termination: After termination, personal account data and product memberships enter the deletion process for the stated window of up to 30 days, subject to the shared-workspace and limited-retention rules above. Shared workspaces and their integrations remain under the control of their authorized owners. Terminating a personal account does not itself disable or delete those integrations. If an authorized owner explicitly disconnects an integration, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, and Twitter/X have their active credential fields scrubbed from the Integration record; a limited encrypted credential checkpoint may remain temporarily solely for bounded remote-revocation attempts. It is never restored to active credential fields and is purged under the applicable queue retention lifecycle; no exact deletion time is promised. For an explicit disconnect of LinkedIn, Pinterest, or Reddit, the local Integration record is deleted and Elus does not currently attempt remote revocation; use provider settings to revoke Elus access and confirm the result. Google Ads follows the explicit disconnection process stated in its integration terms. Deleting a shared workspace requires a separate request by an authorized owner. Limited records and receipts follow the applicable retention and deletion lifecycle. Content already accepted or published by a third party remains subject to that provider.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via email or through a notice on the platform at least 15 days in advance.

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should terminate your account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the courts of the district of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction.

• Entire agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Elus regarding the use of the Service.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it in the future.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

Paid Elus Food plans are contracted exclusively through the Elus web service. The mobile app does not sell subscriptions, receive payment details, or contain a link or call to action for an external purchase.

Eligible customers may use one 5-day trial per paying account. A payment method is requested during web checkout. Unless the subscription is cancelled before the trial ends, billing for the selected plan starts automatically.

Essential plan: BRL 29.90 per month or BRL 269.10 per year, limited to 1 post per week on 1 platform. Growth plan: BRL 59.90 per month or BRL 539.10 per year, limited to 3 posts per week on up to 2 platforms. Complete plan: BRL 99.90 per month or BRL 899.10 per year, limited to 5 posts per week on all available platforms.

The annual amount is charged once at the start of each annual cycle and is equivalent to 9 monthly payments for the corresponding plan. The subscription renews automatically on the same interval until cancelled.

An authorized account administrator may cancel renewal through the web billing portal. Access continues through the end of the paid period. Cancelling during the trial before it expires prevents the first charge.

A failed or overdue payment may suspend paid features. Refunds and cancellation rights follow applicable law and the conditions presented at checkout.

This version does not include add-ons or video packages. Future products will have their own terms and prices before they can be purchased.
